A Japanese ghost/yuurei and her bakechochin, a haunted lantern. This was drawn back in January for A-Kon 23's yokai theme, and I was just told that it's ok for me to post it!

Ironically, ~zimmay drew the exact same thing during the exact same time and neither of us saw each other's work until like...... yesterday. It's not art theft, kids! Just really generic work tends to converge at some sort of medium. Herpderp.

She's so pretty~ *U* Her design, atmosphere and coloring are really nice. I love your interpretation of this theme, along with Missy's! It's very interesting to see the common elements but then with your own spins to it.
