Practice CG, painted on top of the sketch; about 3-4 hours I guess, on and off. The glowy things took as long to add as like... the rest of the picture combined.

I had fun. 8D!

I like it maybe 'cause I feel that she's creating light in a dark place... I don't light dark places so I prefer light, which make me happy about the light.
