I've also never touched Pearl/Diamond before so I have no idea what those new critters are made of. :'D The goggles are totally tribute to my Digimon roots~

Meet my trainer twins Terri and Torrin for the ~PCBC tournament!

Name: Terri
Age: 16
Height: 166cm (about 5'5")
Weight: 55kg (about 121 lbs)

She is the older sibling by 8 minutes. Terri is strong, assertive, and has a penchant for exploration (and is braver than her younger brother). She loves taking on challenges and is extremely stubborn until she accomplishes her goals. Terri is generally talkative and bubbly, however, she adopts a pretty condescending tone of speech when faced against an opponent, often flaunting her quick reflexes and intelligence rather shamelessly.

Her greatest weakness is desserts. And its consumption.

Terri's battle style places emphasis on status ailments, preferring to outlast her opponent in various terrains.

Name: Torrin
Age: 16
Height: 171cm (about 5'7")
Weight: 62kg (about 136 lbs)

Although he is the younger twin, Torrin likes to tease his older sister whenever possible, especially now that he's taller than she is. He has a strange sense of humor that only Terri seems to understand, but exhibits a generally fun-loving attitude. He's a very hard worker, but his immaturity in the face of battle is vividly apparent -- he has difficulty planning multiple steps ahead, quick to point fingers, and relies on powerhouse moves in one-on-one battles.

In his spare time, Torrin likes to make up quirky designs for T-shirts that he sells on EBay. Or whatever the Pokemon world equivalent of that would be.

The Twins:
Once a highly competitive pair (ever since they were each given an Eevee as their first Pokemon), these two have grown out of their bickering stage and are good friends as well as siblings. Together, they make a rather formidable trainer team.

The two have developed a liking for the rare and mythical creatures of legend and myth, and have found great satisfaction in gaining their trust and feel a great bond to their partners, often stepping into the fight and protecting their Pokemon if necessary.

Terri and Torrin enjoy Trainer tournaments as a source of income over bragging rights, often being selective about which competitions to enter their highly trained Pokemon in -- the bigger the reward, the better. They also insist that every trainer they defeat pay up for their loss... in cash. In other words, they love money, and are driven by it.

One day they hope to be rich. Because that's what all 16-year-olds aspire to be. Filthy stinking rich.

--------------Terri's Pokemon--------------

"Nox" (Umbreon, male)
Ability: Synchronize
Attacks: Dark Pulse, Yawn, Dream Eater, Moonlight
Modest nature; holding Razor Fang
--> Terri's oldest and most loyal Pokemon. He is a bit of a troublemaker, but Terri forgives him every time. Always wears the red ribbon around his right foreleg.

Dragonair (female)
Ability: Shed Skin
Attacks: Outrage, Thunderbolt, Toxic, Rest
Rash nature; holding Dragon Fang
--> Despite her graceful exterior, she's kind of a bully. Good friends with Torren's Gyarados. Her skin is a lighter, paler shade of blue than most Dragonairs.

Arcanine (female; often just called 'Arc' )
Ability: Flash Fire
Attacks: Crunch, Sunny Day, Flare Blitz, Solar Beam
Hasty nature; holding Shell Bell
--> Terri's hard hitter, who is also very friendly outside battle, if a bit stupid (but in a cute way). She wears the Shell Bell around her neck like a collar.


--------------Torrin's Pokemon--------------

"Aurora" (Espeon, female)
Ability: Synchronize
Attacks: Psychic, Shadow Ball, Hyper Beam, Morning Sun
Bold nature; holding Spell Tag
--> Very protective of Torrin and is extremely loyal. She always wears the red ribbon on her tail, and enjoys afternoon naps.

Gyarados (male)
Ability: Intimidate
Attacks: Dragon Dance, Giga Impact, Avalanche, Waterfall
Naughty nature; holding NeverMeltIce
--> Torrin's Gyarados is powerful but also batshit crazy. Even Torrin has difficulty with him occasionally, though Dragonair can always calm him.

Absol (male)
Ability: Super Luck
Attacks: Night Slash, Perish Song, Stone Edge, Shadow Claw
Lonely nature; holding Scope Lens
--> A bit antisocial, Absol is irritated easily and battles on the edge, hoping for critical hits! If all else fails, he's willing to sacrifice himself to destroy the enemy.
